Thomas & Farr Agency has approximately 50 employees in three different locations. Our home office is in Monroe, Louisiana with branch offices in Bastrop and Shreveport. Our employees bring a wealth of insurance experience and knowledge, many of whom have been with us for over 15 years.

Thomas & Farr Agency is committed not only to the insurance industry, but to the community as a whole. Our involvement in various civic and charitable organizations and activities is an important part of who we are.
